Once you have completed your intake sheet with your assigned attorney, you will send it to us via e-mail. In about three weeks you will receive your final Estate Plan documents ready to be signed.
Follow-Up To Ensure Satisfaction:
The follow-up call with your assigned attorney gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your estate plan documents, how they were prepared and about the funding of your Estate plan. Your assigned attorney will explain the documents and the process to you in-depth and without a time limit on this follow-up phone call.

Welcome to our first blog post! US Wills and Trusts is new to the blogosphere, so we thought we’d give you a quick introduction to explain who we are and what we do. Watch this space for informational and interesting articles about a variety of topics in the future.
Who are we?
We are US Wills and Trusts. US Wills and Trusts is the brainchild of California Attorney Kevin Perkins of the Perkins Law Firm. Kevin’s years of legal experience have been brought to bear in creating this service. US Wills and Trust is not a law firm. We provide a service in creating a comprehensive estate plan tailored to each client’s specific needs. This service is available to California residents only at this time.
What we do:
We help people prepare for the inevitable. Death and taxes. We all know that you can’t avoid the finality of end of life, but we can certainly help with the taxes part! We help people plan so that their homes, businesses and assets are protected for the future and their families. California probate is extremely expensive. Creating a solid plan now in the form of a living will or trust is the best way to protect your loved ones from financial hardship when you’re gone.
US Wills and Trusts encompasses several ideas:
The goal of our service is to help everyone plan for a secure future for their loved ones. Give us a call to find out more and get started on protecting your family’s future today. 714-584-7492. http://www.uswillsandtrusts.com.
We all have an Estate, no matter what our net worth is. An Estate is the sum of our assets (bank accounts, real-estate, business interests, insurance, pensions, etc.) including our most precious Assets…our Children and Beneficiaries.
Without a California Living Trust Estate Plan prepared under the Independent Administration of Estate’s Act, The Independent Administration of Estates Act (“IAEA”), enacted in 1987, changed and streamlined the Administration of Estates and avoid the entanglement of State laws and Superior Court Probate intervention.
This service is only for California residents. www.USWillsandTrusts.com has been specifically developed to provide you with a high quality Document Preparation Service supported by unlimited legal advice from an attorney that will be assigned to your case.
Your Estate Plan will include:
Unlimited Education from your Personal Expert Estate Planning Attorney assigned to your case to answer all your legal questions.
*Other documents may be prepared at customer’s request for an addition fee per document.
